Peanut Butter Raisin Bars Recipe

Ingredients

• 4 c. Raisin Bran cereal
• 1 1/2 c. peanut butter
• 3/4 c. butter
• 2 c. confectioners sugar", "1 tbsp. shortening", "6 ounce. chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Mix peanut butter and butter in bowl.
2. Stir in Raisin Bran.
3. Slowly add in confectioners' sugar, 1/3 c. at a time.
4. Press into ungreased 9 x 9 or possibly 13 x 9 inch pan.
5. Heat shortening and chocolate chips; spread over mix.
6. Chill and serve.
