Peanut Butter Pretzel Pops

Ingredients

  • 18 ounces roll refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough or 18 ounces refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 cup finely chopped dry roasted peanuts or 1 cup honey-roasted peanuts
  • 10 -12 pretzel rods
  • halved crosswise

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease cookie sheets; set aside.
  2. Roll dough into twenty 1 1/4 inch balls.
  3. Place peanuts in a small dish.
  4. Roll dough balls in peanuts, pressing to coat dough balls evenly.
  5. Reshape dough into balls if necessary.
  6. Insert the cut end of a halved pretzel rod into each dough ball, pressing rod into, but not through, the end of the dough ball.
  7. Place 3 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets.
  8. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until tops are lightly browned.
  9. Let cook for 1 minute on cookie sheets.
  10. Transfer to a wire rack and cool completely.
