Peanut Butter-Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 12 ounces tofu
- silken
- 12 cup maple syrup
- 12 cup cocoa powder
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 13 cup peanut butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons vanilla soymilk
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor, slowly drizzling in the soy milk.
- Blend until smooth.
- Spoon into 5 serving dishes, and refrigerate.
- Chill for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
