Peanut Butter, Banana, Soy Smoothie
Ingredients
- 5 -6 ounces bananas
- frozen
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 12 teaspoons honey
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, or mix with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Refrigerate or drink immediately.
