Peachy Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1 package muffin mix cinnamon
• 1 can peaches with juice
• 1 each eggs

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
2. Grease round pan.
3. Drain peaches, reserving juice.
4. Add water to reserved juice to make 3/4 cup liquid.
5. Chop peaches.
6. Combine muffin mix, egg, and liquid in medium sized bowl; fold in peaches.
7. Pour batter into pan.
8. Knead swirl packet 10 seconds before opening.
9. Squeeze contents on top of batter and swirl with knife.
10. Sprinkle topping over batter; bake at 400F (200C) for 28 to 33 minute.
11. Serve warm.
