Ingredients
- 2 fresh peaches
- halved
- pitted
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- cut into 24 cubes
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. torn fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill peaches 5 to 7 min.
- or until tender, turning after 4 min.
- Cut each half into 3 wedges.
- Thread 2 cheese cubes and 1 peach wedge onto each of 12 small wooden skewers or toothpicks; place in shallow dish.
- Add dressing; turn to evenly coat all ingredients with dressing.
- Let stand at room temperature 20 min.
- to marinate, turning after 10 min.
- Remove skewers from marinade just before serving; discard marinade.
- Sprinkle skewers with basil.
