Ingredients
- 12 peaches
- 2 cups water
- 12 cup sugar
- 3 lemons
- juice of
- Amaretto
- 8 ripe peaches
- 2 lemons
- juice of
- 750 ml white zinfandel wine
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 sprigs lemon thyme
- 6 pieces star anise
- 2 vanilla beans
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- cardamom
- 1 vanilla bean
Instructions
- First Make Peach Soup.
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Then Make Poached Peaches.
- Boil water, sugar, spices, lemons and wine.
- Add peaches, then take off stove to let cool.
- Last mix all together the Cardamon Yogure cream in the cooled soup.
- Serve.
