Ingredients
- 1 can peach pie filling (21 ounce.)
- 1 can sliced pineapple
- liquid removed (8 1/4 ounce.)
- 3 c. Cheerios cereal
- slightly crushed
- 1/3 c. brown sugar (packed)
- 1/3 c. Blue Bonnet butter
- softened
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease baking pan, 8x8x2.
- Spread pie filling in pan.
- Cut pineapple slices into halves; arrange on pie filling.
- Mix remaining ingredients till crumbly; sprinkle over pie filling and pineapple.
- Bake till crumbly and mix is golden, 20-25 min.
- Serve with cream or possibly sweetened whipped cream if you like.
- About 6 servings.
