Ingredients

  • 4 quart. sliced peaches
  • 2 teaspoon fruit fresh
  • 3 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. Tapioca (minute)
  • 1/4 - 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all together; divide into 4 freezer containers and freeze.
  2. To use, thaw and pour into 9-inch pastry-lined pie plate.
  3. Top with pastry or possibly crumb.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 min till bubbly thick.
