Pea Shoot and Shio-konbu Namul (Korean-style Salad)
Ingredients
- 1 bag Pea shoots
- 2 tbsp Shio-kombu
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 White sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cut the pea shoots in half, soak in hot water for 30 seconds, then drain.
- Squeeze out the water by hand, then add the shio-konbu, sesame oil and sesame seeds to finish.
