Pasta with Smoked Salmon Sauce

Ingredients

  • 200g PHILADELPHIA* Light Spreadable Smoked Salmon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chives
  • cut into 1 cm lengths
  • 50g smoked salmon
  • cut into strips
  • 1 small avocado
  • cut into chunks
  • 200g dried pasta
  • cooked and drained
  • chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the Philly* and milk in a small saucepan, heat gently until smooth.
  2. Add the chives, salmon and avocado and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Spoon hot pasta into serving bowls and top with smoked salmon sauce.
  4. Garnish with chives and serve immediately.
