Ingredients

• Ice
• 1 ounce fresh orange juice
• 1 ounce passion fruit nectar or juice
• 1 ounce silver tequila
• 3/4 ounce Grand Marnier
• 1/2 ounce RemyRed Red Berry Infusion
• 1/2 large pasteurized egg white (optional)
• Dash of Angostura bitters
• Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all of the ingredients except the nutmeg and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and top with the nutmeg.
