Parmesan-Crusted Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 24 each sweet potatoes
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 qt. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1-1/2 qt. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut each potato into six wedges.
  2. Mix flour, salt and pepper in shallow pan.
  3. Pour dressing into separate shallow pan; place cheese in third shallow pan.
  4. Coat potatoes with flour mixture, then dip in dressing and cheese, turning to evenly coat both sides of each potato wedge.
  5. Place in single layer in parchment-lined full-sheet pan (or in lined half-sheet for trial recipe).
  6. Bake in 350 degrees F-convection oven 15 to 18 min.
  7. or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, tenting with foil near end of baking time to prevent overbrowning, if necessary.
