Ingredients
- 24 each sweet potatoes
- 3 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp. ground black pepper
- 1 qt. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1-1/2 qt. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Cut each potato into six wedges.
- Mix flour, salt and pepper in shallow pan.
- Pour dressing into separate shallow pan; place cheese in third shallow pan.
- Coat potatoes with flour mixture, then dip in dressing and cheese, turning to evenly coat both sides of each potato wedge.
- Place in single layer in parchment-lined full-sheet pan (or in lined half-sheet for trial recipe).
- Bake in 350 degrees F-convection oven 15 to 18 min.
- or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, tenting with foil near end of baking time to prevent overbrowning, if necessary.
