Parmesan Broiled Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 13 cup fresh parmesan cheese
  • grated
  • 14 cup Smart Balance butter spread
  • 3 tablespoons smart beat fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 12 teaspoon Mrs. Dash table blend seasoning
  • divided
  • 18 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 18 teaspoon onion powder
  • 18 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 lbs tilapia fillets
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, butter, mayonaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon juice and 1/4 tsp of the Mrs.
  2. Dash.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Season the fish with the remaining Mrs.
  5. Dash.
  6. Add more if desired.
  7. Preheat the broiler and coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  8. place the fish on the pan and broil for 3 minutes.
  9. Turn fish and broil for another 2-3 minutes.
  10. Spread the cheese mixture on top of the fish and broil until the topping is golden brown.
