Ingredients
- 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
- softened
- 2 tablespoons capers
- finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- salt and pepper
- to taste
- 500g whole trout
- or other small fish
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- salad greens
- to serve
Instructions
- Mix Philly* with the capers, lemon rind, salt and pepper.
- Stuff the cavity of the fish with Philly* mix.
- Place trout into a large piece of foil; pour 2 teaspoons lemon juice over each fish.
- Wrap into a parcel and bake at 180C for 10 minutes, then open foil for another 10 minutes.
- Serve with salad greens.
