Ingredients

  • 2 cupspaneer chopped into cubes
  • 1 whole chopped green chilly
  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoons garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoons salt n pepper (add to taste)
  • 1/2 cups onion (cut in cubes)
  • 1/2 cups red pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoons chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in pan and fry paneer until brown on each side.
  2. Remove paneer in plate and keep aside.
  3. Add remaining oil in pan and add sugar(let it melt n Carmel)
  4. Add chopped onion,red pepper, chillies, ginger and garlic.
  5. Fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Add ketchup, puree, soy, salt and pepper.
  7. Mix well all together.
  8. Now add paneer back to pan and fry for 2 minutes more.
  9. (sprinkle little water if needed to mix all mixture together).
  10. Garnish with cilantro.
