Ingredients
- 1/2 Spring cabbage
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Coarsely ground black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the cabbage into 4 wedges.
- Secure the wedges with toothpicks in about 2 places per wedge so that the leaves don't fall off.
- Wash and drain off the excess water from the wedges.
- Heat a pan, add olive oil and garlic, and stir-fry over low heat.
- Put in the cabbage wedges, and fry over medium-high heat.
- Brown both sides of the wedges.
- Drizzle soy sauce to finish.
- Transfer to serving plates, take out the toothpicks, add plenty of black pepper and enjoy.
