Ingredients

  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of potato soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 12 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a large bowl combine soup, sour cream and garlic salt.
  3. Add potatoes and cheddar cheese, mix well.
  4. Pour in a greased 13x9 pan.
  5. Top with parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake oncovered at 350 for 55 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
