Ingredients
- 200 grams of slices chicken
- 1 1/2 of coconut milk
- 1 tbsp of oil
- 1 tbsp of phanang curry paste
- 1/2 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp of chicken stock powder
Instructions
- Add oil to the pot add 1/2 of coconut milk let's boil
- Add phanang curry stir well let's simmer till get red colur
- Add chicken stir untill cooked add the rest of coconut milk let's boil
- Add sugar ,fish sauce and chicken stock stir and removed from heat .
