Ingredients

  • 12 cup chopped cabbage
  • 4 oysters
  • out of shell
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 34 cup flour
  • 12 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, then turn onto the greased grill in one heap.
  2. Flatten it a little.
  3. Fry like an omelet or a pancake, turning several times to brown well on both sides.
  4. Serve with sprinkled with Japanese dark red pepper, soy and worchestershire sauces.
  5. Cut in half to serve.
