Oysters Mangetsu
Ingredients
- 12 cup chopped cabbage
- 4 oysters
- out of shell
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 34 cup flour
- 12 cup milk
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together, then turn onto the greased grill in one heap.
- Flatten it a little.
- Fry like an omelet or a pancake, turning several times to brown well on both sides.
- Serve with sprinkled with Japanese dark red pepper, soy and worchestershire sauces.
- Cut in half to serve.
