Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
- 3 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 3 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 3 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 2 teaspoons Lime Juice
- 8 pieces Boneless
- Skinless Chicken Thighs
Instructions
- Preheat oven broiler.
- Coat a broiler pan grill with nonstick cooking spray and line the tray with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
- In a small bowl combine the dry mustard, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, paprika and salt.
- In a separate bowl stir together the honey and lime juice.
- Rinse the chicken thighs and pat dry with paper towels.
- Trim any excess fat.
- Roll each thigh in the spice mixture to coat well.
- Lay the spice-coated chicken on the prepared broiler pan.
- Broil for 5 minutes on each side.
- Brush one side of the chicken with the honey mixture and broil for one minute.
- Turn the chicken pieces over and brush with honey.
- Broil an additional minute until the honey mixture begins to caramelize.
