Oven Grilled Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
  • 3 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 3 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 3 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cups Honey
  • 2 teaspoons Lime Juice
  • 8 pieces Boneless
  • Skinless Chicken Thighs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven broiler.
  2. Coat a broiler pan grill with nonstick cooking spray and line the tray with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  3. In a small bowl combine the dry mustard, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, paprika and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl stir together the honey and lime juice.
  5. Rinse the chicken thighs and pat dry with paper towels.
  6. Trim any excess fat.
  7. Roll each thigh in the spice mixture to coat well.
  8. Lay the spice-coated chicken on the prepared broiler pan.
  9. Broil for 5 minutes on each side.
  10. Brush one side of the chicken with the honey mixture and broil for one minute.
  11. Turn the chicken pieces over and brush with honey.
  12. Broil an additional minute until the honey mixture begins to caramelize.
