Ingredients
- 4 halibut fillets (1 lb./450 g)
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 6 Tbsp. Classico Pesto di Sardegna Sun-Dried Tomato
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place fish in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Season with pepper.
- Spread with pesto.
- Top with bread crumbs and parsley; press gently into pesto to secure.
- Bake 12 to 15 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
