Outi's Cider Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cup apple cider
• 2 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

1. Mix the apple cider and cornstarch in the saucepan.
2. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly.
3. Boil and stir about 1 minute or until sauce thickens slightly.
4. Serve the sauce with meat.
5. (Outi serves with pork roast).
