Ingredients
- 2 stalks Celery
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 4 tbsp Vinegar
- 4 tbsp Water
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
Instructions
- Cut the celery lengthwise.
- Chop the leaves roughly.
- Add celery and all the seasonings in a heatproof dish, and mix.
- Cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 1.5 minutes at 600 W.
- Remove from the microwave, and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- If you can leave it for 30 minutes, the celery will absorb the flavour nicely.
- It looks like this after about 30 minutes.
