Our Family's Dirt-cheap Delicious Ham Cutlets
Ingredients
- 10 slice Ham
- 1/2 Egg
- 40 grams Cake flour
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 30 cc Water
- 1 Panko
Instructions
- Lightly coat both sides of the ham with flour (not listed).
- Put the ingredients from along with the panko in order.
- Put the ingredients from in a bowl, and mix.
- (If you mix too thoroughly, then the panko will not stick, so add a bit of flour as needed.
- After deep-frying the ham in 170~180C (338~356F) heated oil, you are done.
