Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 (3 ounce) packagechicken-flavor ramen noodles
- 2 medium stalk bok choy
- cut into 1/4-inch slices (with leaves)
- 1 medium carrot
- sliced (1/2 cup)
- 2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- if desired
Instructions
- Heat water to boiling in a 3-quart saucepan.
- Break block of noodles; reserve seasoning packet.
- Stir noodles, bok choy and carrot into water.
- Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low.
- Simmer uncovered 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the chicken, contents of seasoning packet and sesame oil.
- Heat only until chicken is hot.
