Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1/2 cup Chopped onions
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 Stalks of celery
- 1 cup Chopped green pepper
- 1 1/2 lb Grass fed beef or bison
- 2 tsp Thyme leaves
- 2 tsp Chili powder
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1 8 oz. can chopped tomatoes
- 1 12 oz. jar of salsa
Instructions
- Saute onions, garlic, celery & pepper in oil until tender.
- Add meat, thyme, chili powder & cumin.
- Add salt, tomatoes & salsa.
- Simmer for 1 hour or cook in crock pot on low.
