Oreo Brownies with Cookie Dough Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/3 cup cocoa
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 packages Oreos
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 3/4 cup butter
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 3 tbsp milk
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 cup flour
• 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Put sugar, flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder and brown sugar in a bowl.
3. Add beaten eggs, oil and vanilla and mix.
4. Break each Oreo cookie into quarters and add to mixture.
5. Pour into a greased or lined brownie pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
6. For the frosting, mix the room temperature butter together with the rest of the ingredients and spread over cooled brownie.
7. Chill and cut into 16 squares.
