Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers
- chopped
- 5 medium tomatoes
- chopped
- 1 red onion
- diced
- 2 to 3 jalapenos minced
- 4 hass avocados
- small cubed
- 1 bunch cilantro
- chopped
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 lb Oregon shrimp meat(comes pre-cooked)
Instructions
- Chop, mince and dice all ingredients that need to be.
- Combine everything in a nonreactive dish.
- Let all the flavors meld together at leas 4 hours.
- Serve on tostadas, tortilla chips or crackers.
