Orange Cashews

Ingredients

• 1 12 teaspoons butter
• 2 cups whole cashews
• 2 teaspoons orange zest
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons caribbean jerk seasoning

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. In an 8 inch cake pan, heat butter in oven until melted.
3. Stir in cashews, orange zest, salt and jerk seasoning.
4. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Store in an airtight container.
