Ingredients
- 1 whole Boneless Round Steak
- 1/2 cups Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
- 1 clove Garlic
- Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Rosemary
- Crushed
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Thyme
- Crushed
- 2 whole Bay Leaves
- 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Rinse steak and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Place all ingredients except steak in a gallon-sized resealable plastic bag and mix by squeezing bag.
- Add steak and massage meat until all ingredients cover both sides.
- Let marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to overnight.
- (The longer the better).
- Grill steak to desired doneness.
- Let rest 5-10 minutes.
- Slice and serve!
