Ingredients
- 3 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup almonds and macadamia nuts(chopped)
- 1/2 cup mix of cranberries & raisins
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup organic extra virgin coconut oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- cup 1/8 brown sugar
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- In sauce pan melt the butter till slightly brown then add coconut oil honey and sugar.
- Heat til a foamy bubble and remove from heat.
- In a medium lg bowl have oats nuts, cinnamon, wheat germ, and fruit ready.
- Mix buttery syrup in and mix well.
- Add onto a large foiled pan pat down tight sprinkle salt on top evenly and cook for 25-35 mins till golden brown on top.
- Remove to fully cool on rack.
- Crumble and enjoy!
