Ingredients
- 200 grams Beef Steak
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Broccoli
- 2 Cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
Instructions
- Season the beef steak with salt and pepper, and leave it to rest a while.
- Grate the onion.
- Cut the broccoli into florets and boil.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, and fry the steak on both sides to your desired taste.
- Take the steak out of the pan and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Put the grated onion and its juices into the frying pan, and add the ingredients.
- Bring it to the boil.
- Pour this sauce over the steak while still hot.
- Serve with broccoli and cherry tomatoes, and it's done.
