Ingredients
- 1 12 lbs london broil steaks
- 12 cup low fat margarine
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- minced
- 2 tablespoons green onions
- finely chopped
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine the margarine and Worcestershire sauce.
- Blend well.
- Add the garlic, parsley and green onions.
- Trim the steak and grill for 3 minutes.
- Brush the butter-herb sauce over the steak and grill for 4-5 more minutes.
- To serve, cut thinly across the grain and arrange on a warm platter.
- Pour the melted butter sauce over the sliced beef.
