One of Malaysia's Easy Version of Nasi Lemak
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups thick coconut milk
- 3 screwpine leaves (daun pandan)
- salt
Instructions
- Clean rice and drain.
- Cook rice in coconut milk with screw pine leaves.
- Add in salt.
- If desired, add in some sliced shallots and ginger.
- Cook in rice cooker or till fully absorbed.
