Ingredients
- 1 jar (about 17.5 Oz. Size) Olives
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Ground Cumin
- 2 teaspoons Powdered Shallots. I Use Dried Minced
- 2 teaspoons Powdered Parsley. I Use Dried
- 1 Tablespoon Liquid Maggi
- 1 drop Tabasco
Instructions
- Drain the olives and set aside.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
- Throw in the olives and mix well.
- I throw them back into the jar and put the jar in the fridge to chill.
- This will last a good week!
- The ingredients are a bit different here in Marseille, France where I live.
