Olive Garden Sambuca Chocolate Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

• 8 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels
• 8 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons sambuca liqueur or 2 tablespoons espresso coffee
• ice cream (enough for 4 servings)

Instructions

1. Melt chocolate and butter in a sauce pan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
2. Add Sambuca or espresso coffee and stir.
3. Pour over individual servings of ice cream and let harden.
4. Serve immediately.
