Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 14 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
- 12 teaspoon basil
Instructions
- In small bowl mix lemon juice and mustard.
- In saucepan, melt butter.
- Add lemon juice/mustard mix.
- Stir in rest of ingredients.
- Keep hot during use.
- Use this to baste chicken on the grill when chicken is at least halfway done or almost done.
- Baste several times.
- You may want to double this.
