Okra, Natto, and Kimchi Rice Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 bags Okra
  • 3 packs Natto (fermented soy beans)
  • 1 Kimchi
  • 2 bowls Plain steamed rice
  • 2 Soft-poached egg
  • 1 Green onion
  • 1 tsp Gochujang
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Mirin

Instructions

  1. Briefly boil the okra and cut into rounds.
  2. Finely chop the green onion.
  3. Mix the natto with the sauce and Japanese mustard (to taste) that comes with it.
  4. Mix together the ingredients marked (gochujan, soy sauce, mirin).
  5. Put the rice in the servings bowls and top with okra and kimchi.
  6. Put the egg and green onion on top of that.
  7. Pour the combined sauce all over and it's done.
