Ingredients
- 250 grams Okra
- 1 large Onion
- 4 small Tomato
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper (chili powder)
Instructions
- Cut all ingredients into 1 cm cubes.
- Heat oil in a pot and fry the okra over medium heat.
- Fry until the stickiness of the okra is gone.
- When okra has cooked, add the onion.
- Fry until transparent and soft.
- Finally, add the tomatoes and continue frying by evaporating the tomato juice.
- Add salt, turmeric and cayenne pepper.
- Adjust the taste by adding salt and cayenne pepper.
