Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 slices Smoked salmon or cured ham
  • 1 Okara salad
  • 1 dash Finely chopped parsley
  • 50 ml Lemon juice concentrate
  • 50 ml Water
  • 1/2 tsp Powdered kanten

Instructions

  1. Make the okara saladwithout the ham.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator.
  3. Put the lemon jelly ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil.
  4. Transfer to a dish and cool in the refrigerator until hardened.
  5. Put plastic wrap over a tea cup or a deep dish, then top with salmon so that there are no gaps.
  6. Put the okara salad on top.
  7. Use the plastic wrap to roll it up into a ball.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
  9. Transfer to a plate and top with the lemon jelly and chopped parsley.
  10. This time, I made it with jelly, but it's okay without it!
