Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar blend sugar replacement
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup large flake rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Back to Nature Trail Mix - Raisins
  • Almonds
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Pecans and Apricots
  • chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat oil and brown sugar replacement in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  3. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
  5. Add to egg mixture; beat until blended.
  6. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  7. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough, 1 inch apart, on baking sheets.
  8. Bake 10 to 12 min.
  9. or just until centres are set.
  10. Cool on baking sheets 3 min.
  11. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
