Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta prepared
- 1 package thai peanut sauce
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 pound shrimp medium
- cleaned
- 1 cup mung bean sprouts optional
- 1/4 cup peanuts unsalted
- chopped
- 1/2 cup scallions
- spring or green onions chopped
Instructions
- In saucepan bring coconut milk to a boil.
- Stir in peanut sauce mix.
- Add shrimp or chicken.
- Cook until done.
- Add bean sprouts.
- Combine sauce and prepared pasta.
- Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and scallions.
