Ingredients
- 6 ounces buckwheat flour
- 6 ounces sorghum flour
- 6 ounces millet flour
- 6 ounces brown rice flour
- 3 ounces tapioca starch
- 3 ounces arrowroot
- 2 ounces quinoa flour
- 2 teaspoons guar gum
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a big bowl and stir well.
- Then, put in an airtight container and shake it a little more, until you see absolutely no streaks.
- To ensure a perfect blending, you can empty the container back in the bowl, stir, put back in the container, shake, and repeat another time.
