Ingredients
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon oil
- extra oil
- 4 rashes bacon or 4 ham
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup hollandaise sauce
Instructions
- Combine first 4 ingredients and beat with electric mixer until smooth.
- heat extra oil in a frypan and cook batter in 1/4 cup batches until golden brown on both sides.
- Keep warm while you cook the bacon and eggs.
- Stack pancakes with the bacon and eggs and sauce.
- Top with sauce to finish!
