Ingredients
- 34 cup all-purpose flour
- 34 cup sugar
- 14 cup unsweetend cocoa
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup oil
- 2 teaspoons chocolate flavoring or 2 teaspoons chocolate flavoring
- 2 eggs
- 34 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tablespoon skim milk or 1 tablespoon 2% low-fat milk
- 12 teaspoon chocolate flavoring or 12 teaspoon chocolate flavoring
- 18 teaspoon butter flavor extract
Instructions
- Preaheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease bottom only of 8-inch square pan.
- Combine all of brownie ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Spread in greased pan.
- Bake 13 to 18 minutes, or until top is dry and springs back when touched lightly in center.
- Cool for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine all frosting ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
- Spread over top of slightly cooled brownies.
- Cool completely before cutting.
