North Croatian Horseradish Sauce #1
Ingredients
- 200 g horseradish (whole root)
- 2 tablespoons beef stock (or just soup)
- 5 g salt
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (red vine vinegar)
Instructions
- Grate horseradish.
- When grated pour hot soup (or stock) over, add salt and vinegar.
- Stir well and serve.
