No-Rise Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water (heated To 110 Degrees)
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 envelope Rapid-rise Or Instant Yeast
  • 0.25 Ounce Packet
  • 1- 3/4 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions

  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2.
  3. Whisk water, oil, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl.
  4. Allow yeast to proof for 5 minutes.

  6. Pulse flours, parmesan, and salt in a food processor until combined.

  8. Add flour mixture into the yeast mixture, and stir until combined.
  9. Quickly knead dough until it comes together.

  11. Divide dough into four equal parts.
  12. On a floured surface, roll out dough into 9-inch rounds.
  13. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

  15. Top your pizza crust as desired... Add pizza sauce or homemade pesto.
  16. Top with veggies and cheese, a dash of salt and pepper, and a splash of olive oil.

  18. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  19. TIPS: -If youre not into whole wheat flour, substitute equal amount of all-purpose flour.
  20. This crust seriously tastes best with zero rise time.
