Ingredients
- 7 strips Pork (I used thin-sliced pork loin)
- 1 Sake
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 for frying Oil
- 3 tbsp (A) Soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp (A) Sugar
- 4 tbsp (A) Water
- 2 tsp (A) Grated ginger juice
- 3 tbsp (A) Mirin
- 1 side dish - (as needed) Lettuce
- 1 side dish - (as needed) Shiso leaves
- 1 garnish - (as needed) Ginger (julienned)
Instructions
- Sprinkle sake on the pork, then coat both sides with katakuriko.
- Combine the (A) ingredients.
- Chop the vegetables.
- Thinly slice the lettuce and shred the shiso.
- Heat oil in a pan and arrange the pork strips evenly in the pan.
- Once the pork is browned on one side, flip over.
- Sprinkle both sides with pepper.
- Once the second side is browned, pour in the (A) ingredients.
- Heat the (A) sauce, seasoning the pork.
- Once the sauce has come to a simmer, it's done.
- Remove excess water from the chopped vegetables, plate with the sauteed pork, cover in sauce, and enjoy.
