Ingredients
- 1 cup cold 2% low-fat milk
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 (12 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping
- thawed and divided
- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
- 2 medium firm bananas
- sliced
- additional banana (optional)
- lemon juice (for dipping)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk milk, vanilla, and pudding mix for 2 minutes.
- Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set.
- Fold in 3 cups whipped topping.
- Pour 1 1/3 cups of the pudding mixture into pie crust.
- Layer with banana slices, and the remaining pudding mixture.
- Top with remaining whipped topping.
- Garnish with additional banana slices dipped in lemon juice if desired.
- Refrigerate until serving.
